Conveniently located in Arabi Plaza of Alfaz del Pi, Studio OZ is a boutique fitness studio that specialises in yoga, pilates, barre and other dance based fitness styles.
Our teachers come from all over the world, each with their own extensive background in their field of movement and our classes cater to every level of fitness.
Movement is for everyone and should come from a place of enjoyment. Our aim is to create a space where we can share the joy as a community, while helping you achieve your individual fitness goals.

Yoga &
Hot Yoga
Yoga is the connection of mind and body, using physical postures to get you into a meditative state. Our classes focus on correct anatomical form to restore your body's natural alignment, increase strength and improve flexibility.
Barre
A full body sculpting and dynamic workout, centered around the use of a ballet barre.
The movements are based on the principles of dance and pilates, coordinated with fun tunes and sure to get your sweat on.

Pilates
A low impact exercise that focuses on strengthening the muscles of the body, with emphasis on the core. Perfect for those wanting to improve posture and gain overall strength, as well as helping with injury recovery and rehabilitation.
Zumba
Our Zumba classes are high energy and a whole lot of fun. We also offer adult beginner dance classes in a variety of styles, taught by professional dancers who have performed on stages around the globe. Keep an eye out for our pop up dance workshops as well!
Fitness
Our fitness classes focus on strength, stamina and cardio. Our studio is equipped with weights and other props to assist in providing the best workout possible. We love choreographing our exercises to music to bring fun and joy to every workout!
