Join Clara & Anna for a special Spring warm yin and nidra yoga. In Spring we plant seeds to germinate and wait for the time to bloom. This is reflected in us by starting a new project or life path. As nature enters a new cycle, we also can consciously choose to do the same. Over this 2 hour event, we will be offering warm yin, nidra yoga and oil therapy all in a calm candlelit setting. Healthy refreshments to follow.
